Johnny Depp and Amber Heard are facing off with each other in Fairfax County Circuit Court in Virginia. For the uninitiated, Depp filed a defamation case against Amber for an op-ed piece she wrote in 2018 for The Washington Post where she called herself a victim of domestic violence. While she didn’t mention Depp, the actor filed a case against her. Ever since, several celebrities have come out with their testimonials. Now, Amber’s sister Whitney has testified against Depp. She recalled how Depp once joked about putting a dog in a microwave.

During Johnny Depp’s defamation trial against Amber Heard, the actress’ sister Whitney Heard Henriquez gave her testimony. She talked about an alleged incident in 2013 when she, Amber and a friend were in a vehicle when they heard a noise in the backseat. “At some point, I heard the back window open, and he was holding out dog out the window,” Henriquez claimed, as per US Weekly. “I froze, I was scared, I just remember thinking I knew how inebriated he was and the dog was very small. I thought if he twitched, she was just going to go out the window.” She continued, “He brought the dog back into the car and was laughing this really scary loud, it was almost like a cackle. He made a joke about putting her in the microwave, putting the dog in the microwave.”
